Every organization has a mission statement, a purpose, a reason for being.  Often times this mission statement took days, weeks, sometimes even months to create.  Why is it then that most employees within that organization have a vague idea (or worse no idea) what the mission statement is?  As a company grows it becomes more difficult to pass along the passion and vision that started the company in the first place.

If you could dream for a moment… what would it be like to have everyone in your organization clearly understand exactly what they were on task to deliver each and every day?  What if every employee knew exactly how they personally impacted the mission of the company?  How successful would your organization be if everyone knew their role and they not only impacted the company mission daily but they were also busy preparing themselves to be an asset to the company in the future?
